Overview
The University of Mississippi requires all summer program participants to complete the below waivers in order to participate. All participants’ parents/guardians must complete and certify the “COVID-19 Compliance, Liability Waiver, and Assumption of the Risk Addendum.” Students participating in a residential summer program, meaning the student will stay on-campus overnight, will need to have the UM Department of Student Housing’s “COVID-19 Summer Housing Acknowledgment” form completed and certified by both student AND parent/guardian. Both waivers are available below.
